Inclusion criteria: Subjects with tightness of hip flexors will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subject with any cardiorespiratory disorder Smokers Any known congenital defects of lower extremities Subjects with recent abdominal surgery Subjects with PIVD and anterolisthesis
