Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 7 to 12 years 2. ASA I/II 3. Scheduled for Thoracoscopic surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA III or more 2. Allergy to the drugs 3. Coagulopathy 4. Infection at puncture site 5. Mental disorder, Communication failure, unable to discriminate cutaneous pin prick. 6. Chronic use of analgesics
