Intervention1: Baladi churna: bala atibala madhuyashti sharkara 5 gram with milk twice daily for three months Control Intervention1: kashmaryadi ghrita: kashmari tripahala draksha kaasmarda parushak

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All cases of primary & secondary infertility. 2. Age group between 20 to 40 years. 3. Male counterpart should be normal. 4. One fallopian tube must be patent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffering from pelvic pathology including fibroid uterus, cervical polyp etc. 2. Congenital anatomical defect. 3. Patient suffering from severe infection or chronic systemic diseases. 4. Bilateral tubal blockage. 5. Infertility due to peritoneal factors.
