Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing primary PCI

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with cardiogenic shock; severe liver, renal, or brain dysfunction; or other serious complications at the time of admission were excluded. Those who had taken nicorandil prior to admission w also excluded
