Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age Between 20 - 60 years 2.Either Sex 3.Patient with Raised Uric Acid level/ Abnormal CRP & ESR. 4.Pain associated with swelling in the joints Arthritis of 3 or more joints, Having pain with soft tissue swelling or joint effusion/ Symmetric Arthritis 5.Tenderness in the affected joints or stiffness 6.Arthritis of smaller joints, Metatarsal joints( Podagra) 7.Redness or Burning sensation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age Less than 20 years and more than 60 years. 2.Patients who are unable to walk without support/ completely bedridden. 3.Patients on Prolonged medications â??Corticosteroids/ Antidepressant Patients who develop secondary complications. 4.Poorly controlled Hypertension/ Diabetes Mellitus. 5.Other Arthritis such as Rheumatoid Arthritis, Tubercular Arthritis, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Arthritis with malignancy, Psoriatic Arthritis, Osteo-myelitis 6.Gouty Arthritis with severe complications History of Cardiac problem/ Cardiac Failure, Hepatic Disorder, Drug abuser/ Alcoholic, Pulmonary Tuberculosis, Pregnant Women/ lactating women. 7.History of Hypersensitivity to any of the trial drugs or their ingredients.
