Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male & female ratio (1:2). 2.BMI (25.1± 4.2) kg/m2 3.Unilateral knee pain rated 50 mm on a 100 mm VAS. 4.Pain in around the patella for at least one week. 5.Diffuse tenderness at the anterior and inferior patella 6.Individual patient with complaints of anterior knee pain and that was aggravated by 2 or more of the following: Squatting, stair climbing, prolonged sitting, kneeling, and quadriceps isometric contraction. 7.Participants exhibiting the following biomechanical changes on screening-Q angle >20-degree, the external tibial torsion >15-degree, Femoral anteversion, Lack of >=20 degrees of supine active knee extension 8.Participants must be willing to attend the assessment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of systemic, connective tissue or neurological disorders 2.Knee ligaments or meniscus injuries 3.Diabetic and hypertensive subjects 4.Rheumatologic conditions 5.Recent history of lower extremity trauma, fracture and surgery 6.Severe tibiofemoral arthritis and patellofemoral arthritis 7.Metal implants in lower extremity. 8.Cardiovascular problems 9.Patella subluxations/Dislocation 10.Patella tendinitis 11.Foot deformity and abnormality
