Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients requiring root canal treatment for single rooted teeth with periapical lesion and Periapical Index 2 or more.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with delibitating dideases like diabetes, HIV, TB etc. 2.Open apex cases 3.Endo-perio lesions 4.Pregnant or lactating women 5.Root fracture cases
