Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Those clinically diagnosed with varicose veins based upon symptoms C2 and C3 according to criteria proposed in CEAP classification Consent to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or lactating women Patients with any complications related to varicose veins like venous ulcers deep vein thrombosis bleeding varicose eczema lipodermatosclerosis thrombophlebitis chronic lower limb ischemia skin infections lymphangitis Patients who comes under C4 to C6 in CEAP classification Patients with renal failure Patients suffering from malignancy chronic obstructive lung disease heart failure or any other psychiatric illness or dementia Patients who have undergo surgeries for varicose veins Above or below age limit Those who are not clinically fit for performing prescribed yoga intervention Those who are not willing to undergo treatment program
