Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients showing the signs and symptoms of Spring catarrh will be selected for the study. 2. Disease is common in childhood .So patients of age group above 04 yrs and for adults below 40 yrs. will be selected for the study. 3. Patients irrespective of gender, occupation and socio-economic status will be selected. 4. Patients ready to give written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having infective eye disease. 2.Patients of age group below 4 years and above 40 yrs. will be excluded from the study.(Bidalaka procedure is very difficult to apply in children age group of below 4yr.) 3.One eye patient. 4. Patient having active systemic diseases and autoimmune diseases. 5. Chemical burn of eye, injuries to eye, corneal lesion and keratitis. 6. Patients with other ocular disease. 7. Recently eye operated patients.
