Health Condition 1: null- osteoarthritis patients

Interventions

Intervention1: ADITYAPAKA GUGGULU: 500mg tablet thrice a day for 3months taken orally. Control Intervention1: leech therapy(jalauka avacharan): local application in the interval of 1 wk up to 3 months

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: clinical signs symptoms and history of present illness suggestive of sandhivata.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient below 30 and above 70 yrs of age. 2.Blood clotting disorder. 3.Severe anemia. 4.Allergic reaction to active substances of leech such as hirudine calin hyaluronidase egline kollagenage apyrase destabilase piyavit etc. 5. Pregnancy. 6.Patient suffering from disease like diabetes Carcinoma Psoriatic arthritis Vatarakta S.L.E R.A &Tuberculosis.
