Intervention1: anuvasan basti with oral medicine: Tila Kwatha & Shatpushpa tail matra basti 60ml for 7 alternate days starting from 14th day of menstrual cycle and kwatha 40 ml BD Starting from 1st d

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Duration of flow less than 2 days Interval between 2 cycles exceeding more than35 day Patients suffering from 2 consecutive cycle with oligomenorrhoea and or anovulation Patients having hirsutism Patients having mid body obesity Atleast one ovary showing PCO diagnosed by USG

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women Patients with BMI less than 19 Patients suffering from any systemic diseases Patient having congenital and structural abnormalities of uterus and adnexae. Patients having physiological infrequent menstruation Lactating mother Drug induced amenorrhoea/oligomenorrhoea HIV VDRL HBsAg positive Patients suffering from pelvic pathology including fibroid uterus, cervical polyp etc. Woman taking OCPs HB level less than 7 gm%
