Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -Subjects with low back pain with history of symptoms > 3 months -Average back pain intensity >=3 for the previous seven days on a 0â??10 numerical rating scale
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects -diagnosed with potential causes of Low back pain((underlying systemic or visceral disease, malignancy, pregnancy, spondylolisthesis, spinal stenosis, scoliosis, recent vertebral fracture); -with evidence of severe or progressive neurologic deficits -with previous back surgery -using yoga for their back pain -planning to seek other treatment for back pain -who are contraindicated for yoga or exercise -with unstable medical or severe psychiatric conditions -with back related compensation or litigation - or unable to complete the study protocol
