Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individual with 1.acne,skin infection over face 2.individual on treatment with ultraviolet light, widespread active dermatitis or dermatitis on test area 3.immune-compromised individual 4.refused to give informed written consent 5.Pregnant and lactating women
