Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) children scheduled for elective urological and infra umbilical surgery lasting more than one hour 2)ASA grade 1 and 2 3)Age between 2 and 6 years 4) weight between 10 and 25 kg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Children with developmental delay, spinal anomaly, neurological disease, cardiac disease, difficult airway 2)Parents refusal to give consent 3)Allergy to study drugs

Incidence of emergence agitation will be evaluated by WATCHA SCALE and severity of emergence agitation will be assessed by paediatric anaesthesia emergence delirium scaleTimepoint: One hour
