Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 20- 60 years 2.Either sex 3.Pain in the low back and stiffness of the spine or restriction of the spinal mobility for more than 3 months and not relieved by rest. Pain & Stiffness of the sacroiliac joint / Thoracic region 4.Awakening pain in the second half of night Uvevitis/ History of evidence of Iritis Chest pain/ Reduced Chest expansion ( less than 1 inch) 5.HLA B27 Test -Positive 6.Radiographic Changes ( Bamboo spine)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age less than 20 years and above 60 years 2.Patient having debilitating disease / unable to walk without support. 3.Patient with complete fusion of the spine. Patientâ??s on prolonged medications with Corticosteroids/ Anti depressants 4.Patient who develops secondary complications eg: bedridden 5.Other Arthritis like Gouty Arthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriatic arthritis etc.Patient with poorly controlled Hypertension/ Diabetes Mellitus 6.Arthritis with serious complications Other systemic disorders such as- Pulmonary Tuberculosis/ Cardiac Disease/ Cardiac failure/ Hepatic disorder. 7.Patients who are Alcoholic/ Drug abuser/ History of hypersensitivity to any of the trail drugs / Pregnant women/ lactating women
