Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Children in the age group of 5-10 years 2)Children with ASA physical status I and II 3)Children capable of communication. 4)Children having bilateral primary mandibular molars indicated for extraction. 5)Children with Frankl behavior rating 3 and 4
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Children with the history of allergy to local anesthetic agent 2)Teeth with dentoalveolar abscess and sinus tract 3)Evidence of infection near the proposed injection site as this might affect the efficacy of local anesthesia
