Inclusion criteria: Person with pure case of Total Laryngectomy Participants with good comprehension
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of any neuromotor impairment affecting swallowing skills Significant post- operative dysphagia or prosthesis related issues of swallowing Structural and functional deficits of oral cavity Excessive fat deposition in the cervical area Excessive hair growth in cervical area Skin allergy in the neck region Sensory impairments: hearing and tactile

| The data on biomechanics of dry swallow in alaryngeal speakers can be used identify swallowing problems post operatively in routine clinical situations through a non-invasive simple biomechanics study. This method can be used for screening purposes and early diagnostics of dysphagia. Findings would also be useful to clinicians in monitoring the progress in swallowing therapy.
