Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pre diagnosed patients of Diabetic Nephropathy stage III belonging to either sex. 2. GFR Stage 3 B between 30 - 44 and Albuminuria A2 3. Willing to Consent & Participate. 4. Between age 18 to 60 years. Staging of Diabetic Nephropathy â?? Will be done based on the Classification of CKD Based on GFR and Albuminuria Categories: â??Heat Map ? .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ESRD 2. Patients with severe co - morbidities. 3. Patients in congestive heart failure. 4. co-existing malignancy. 5. Acute renal Failure 6. Non Diabetic Renal Disease (NDRD)
