Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Systemically healthy patients age group 20-45 years Partially edentulous patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any systemics disease that affects the periodontium are contraindicated for implant placement Patients with psychiatric disorders Inability or unwillingness to complete the trial Patients on medication Poor oral hygiene Pregnant Lactating mothers Smoking History of alcohol abuse

The primary outcome of the present study was to compare the amount of bone remodelling around implants in patients with high endogenous serum estrogen and patients with low endogenous serum estrogen by assessing the levels of alkaline phosphatase,acid phosphatase, and calcium in serumTimepoint: 0 to 6 months at the start of the study
