Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adult female with age between 18 to 30 years. 2.BMI between 18.5- 24.9 kg/ m2. (WHO BMI classification of obesity). 3.Without Cervical radiculopathy 4.Dominant side levator scapulae muscle 5.All those diagnosed with chronic mechanical neck pain with duration between 3 month 6.Flexion- rotation test (FRT) positive or cervical rotation is less than 32 degree

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Post traumatic neck pain 2.Not able to perform the FRT 3.Congenital Abnormalities. 4.Abnormal scapular orientation. 5.Patient with any psychological dysfunction or any neurological disorder. Hyperthermia Any known medical history illness • Hyperpyrexia
