Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient of ASA physical status 1&2 Patient willing to participate. Patient scheduled to undergo mastoid surgery in whom antiemetic is indicated.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal to participate Patient with known sensitivity to ondensetron or pregabalin Patient on concomitant antiemetic medication Pregnant or lactating female
