Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients posted for thoracolumbar spine surgery and planned for transcranial motor evoked potential monitoring
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with preoperative motor power pre-existing myopathies, morbid obesity, history of coronary artery disease, history of chronic renal and hepatic insufficiency, history of allergy to any of the study medications, history of seizures and history of psychiatric disease.

| To compare the effect of propofol and ketofol on amplitudes and latencies of TcMEPs, when these agents are used with fentanyl for the maintenance of anaesthesia during thoracolumbar spine surgeryTimepoint: Following induction of anesthesia and after obtaining threshold voltage, MEPs will be used for recording amplitude and latency at every thirty minutes interval for first two hours T1 (30 mins), T2 (60 minutes), T3 (90 minutes) and T4 (120 minutes). The values will be recorded hourly thereafter till the end of surgery | — |
