Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed as pre-diabetic Family history of Diabetes HbA1c: 5.6 to 6.4%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Gestational Diabetes mellitus Those who are under any medications for hypertension, asthma, sleep disorders,hormonal imbalances Already diagnosed as Diabetic Who are already yoga practitioneers
