Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age below 40 years 2.Less than 15 million sperm/ml 3.Subjects in whom pre-testicular causes like excessive bicycle riding, prolonged sitting etc are suspected to account for oligospermia and idiopathic cases alone will be recruited in the study. 4.Willing to provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age above 40, Y-chromosome microdeletions, Varicocele, Testicular injury, Hydrocele, Mumps, Prostatitis, Cystic Fibrosis, Vas deferens obstruction, Smoking, Alcoholism, Hypogonadism.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The efficacy variables in the study will be the changes in semen count and testosterone levels. Fasting blood sample and semen will be collected at the beginning, during and at the end of treatment phases to determine the effects of the treatment on oligospermia and testosterone levels.Timepoint: 120 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The efficacy variables in the study will be the changes in semen count and testosterone levels.
