Inclusion criteria: Both hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke patients MMSE(Mini mental scale examination) score more than 23

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with reflex sympathetic dystrophy. Uncooperative patient. Fracture in clavicle on affected side. psychological problem. medically unstable person.
