Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologist) grade I and II patients Severe traumatic brain injury Mechanically ventilated Intracranial pressure monitoring being done

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age (less than 18 years and greater than 49 years) glaucoma Life threatening multiple injuries Severe systemic disease ASA grade more than III
