Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status I and II term singleton pregnancy for elective cesarean section

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient refusal hypersensitivity to bupivacaine or fentanyl bleeding disorders infection at the site of injection pre-existing neurological deficits chronic Hypertension multiple pregnancy ecclampsia and pre-ecclampsia gestational diabetes mellitus height 170 cm fetal abnormalities
