Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with secondary lumbar canal stenosis at the level of L4 & below Patients with lumbosacral degeneration at the level of L4 & below Patients with neurogenic claudification

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous history of trauma or fracture Any congenital or acquired deformity Post operative case of surgery Laminectomy
