Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: First Ever stroke Ischemic or Intracerebral Heamorrhagic stroke Presence of uncontrolled Hypertension BP more than 140/90
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Life expectancy less than six months. Refuse to consent mRS >4 Patient with no stable home. Patient unable to take medications by self-due to severe neurological deficits and/or no family member/caregiver is available to maintain continuous and timely delivery of medication
