Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Patient with lumbar radiculopathy in age group of 18-60 years -Involvement of L4,L5,S1,S2 nerve root pain radiating to one or both legs -Patient with positive SLR and slump test -Patient with acute or subacute stage duration of symptoms -All subjects with oswestry disability index score > 20%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Any spinal conditions in which movement are contraindicated. -Acute strain, sprains and inflammation or any painfull symptoms aggravated by initial traction treatments -Rheumatoid arthrities -Tumors or infections like TB -Malignancy -Pregnancy -Uncontrolled hypertension
