Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age older than 18 years. History of intubation GCS scores >10 Physicianâ??s clearance to perform swallowing assessment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Intubated less than 48 hours History of any cervical spine injury Tracheostomised individuals

Measure	Time frame
A protocol on Assessment of Swallowing specified to Intensive care Unit will be developed which can later used on a routine clinical basis.Timepoint: Assessment will be done by considering the health status of the patient. Assessment will be done using Preliminary Assessment Protocol and Dysphagia Risk Evaluation Protocol after 48 hours of extubation.	—
