Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Blood and/or stool and/or bone marrow and/or other appropriate clinical specimensâ?? culture positive S. typhi or S. paratyphi 2.Clinical diagnosis of enteric fever

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No exclusion criteria except where consent could not be obtained
