Inclusion criteria: all patients suffering from chronic pain( >3 months)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient refusal age pain inability to understand the questionnaire and patients with intellectual disablity.

1.to follow the patients at 15 days ,1 month and 3 month and rescore them . 2. to analyse the score to look for effect of treatment of pain on depression,anxiety ,stress. 3.to identify any other psychiatric disorder associated with pain . 4.to subcategorize and study relation between type of pain with depression,anxiety and stress.
