Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all patients suffering from chronic pain( >3 months)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient refusal age pain inability to understand the questionnaire and patients with intellectual disablity.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To assess the prevalence of depression, anxiety and stress in chronic pain patient using Dass score obtainedTimepoint: to assess the prevalence of depression anxiety and stress in chronic pain patient using score obtained at 15 days, 30 days and 1 month

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.to follow the patients at 15 days ,1 month and 3 month and rescore them . 2. to analyse the score to look for effect of treatment of pain on depression,anxiety ,stress. 3.to identify any other psychiatric disorder associated with pain . 4.to subcategorize and study relation between type of pain with depression,anxiety and stress. Timepoint: 15,30,90 days
