Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of age 18-65 years . 2. Patients of Congestive cardiac failure stage B and C according to American college of cardiology and American heart association guidelines. B- Patients having structural changes â?? Left ventricular hypertrophy , Reduced Ejection fraction but no symptoms. C- Patients with structural changes and symptoms

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having acute cardiac ischemia. 2. Patients with grade 4 CCF.. 3. Patients having arrhythmias. 4. Patients having any hemodynamic instability due to any cause
