Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female singleton children born to women in good general health with institutional delivery at weeks 37 to 42. 2.Signed and dated informed consent from both parents. 3. Parents willing and able to comply with all study procedures, and be available for the duration of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with severe congenital malformation adversely affecting life expectancy or neurodevelopment 2. Children with major malformations, hydrocephalus, chromosomal abnormalities, hydrops fetalis. 3. Congenital infections. 4. Children born to women with conditions such as HIV and self-reported hepatitis B and/or C infection.

Comparison of the sum of sick days during the first 24 months of life between children receiving homeopathic and conventional treatment. Sick days will be defined as any illness in which body temperature (measured by digital thermometer in the ear canal) is above 37.5Â°C, and/or any condition defined as acute by the treating doctor (in cases of conditions without fever).Timepoint: 3,6,9,12,15,18,21 and 24 MONTHS	—
