Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: immediate postpartum primiparous normal and C- section women

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: multiparous women, those women who cannot understand or follow instructions

bladder neck descent, posterior urethrovesical angle (on real time ultrasound), diastasis recti,lumbar stability score (on pressure biofeedback)Timepoint: 1st week, 6th week, 3 months
