Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Acute as well as chronic cases of Tonsillitis will be selected for present study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with peritonsillar abscess, parapharyngeal abscess and other complications associated with Tonsillitis. 2.Patients having uncontrolled systemic diseases like diabetes, hypertension etc. 3.Tonsillitis associated with any malignancy. 4.Patients using any other systemic drugs which may alter the result of study.

Change in the investigator assessment score for decrease in the size of tonsillar mass,swelling in palatal area,burning sensation,pricking pain,pus formation,congestion,dysphagia etc.Timepoint: 2 months 15 days
