Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Stage 1 Hypertension (140-159/90-99 mm of Hg) diagnosed by a medicine practitioner. 2. Patients under anti-hypertensive medication prescribed by a physician.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental illness. 2. Patients with any surgery within 6 months. 3. Unwilling/uncooperating patients. 4. Patients with any ventilatory support except room air. 5. Patients other than Hypertension Stage 1.
