Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Females in the age group 20-40yrs are chosen and males in the age group of 23-40 yrs. 2. Individuals married for 2years or more. 3. Individuals who have minimum education up-to 12th Grade. 4. Individuals scoring 19 or below in K-10 screening tool are included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who have not given informed consent. 2. Couples staying apart from each other are excluded. 3. Participants with a physical disability and major psychiatric disorder are excluded.
