Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Females between 18 - 25 years of age Regular Menstrual Cycle (30-35 days) Pain intensity more than or equals to 5 on NPRS Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Irregular Menstruation Abnormal Vaginal Bleeding Medications - Analgesics and Oral Contraceptive Pills History of Gynecological disease
