Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who are over weight BMI >23

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Coronary artery disease, cerebrovascular accident ,eGFR <60 more/min , AST and ALT elevated more than 2 times the upper limit , gall stones ,requiring more than 10 units of insulin
