Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aging from 3 to 17 years diagnosed with ASD by a practicing psychiatrist/clinical psychologist. The parents of the children will be informed and should obtain written consent before the test procedure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Dental prophylaxes in the last 6 months Antibiotic, antifungal/ probiotics use within 3 months of sample collection
