Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Female nurses with degree or diploma. 2.Nurses who are posted in oncology related wards at least for a period of two months from any oncology units. 3.Location â?? female nurses posted under Department of nursing in oncology related wards, Kasturba Hospital, Manipal. 4.Nurses who can speak English.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Past history of cancer among nurses. 2.Nurses with family members having cancer. 3.Male nurses.
