Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subject with normal or corrected to normal vision 2. Subject who are having basic computer literate to the extend of using keyboard to respond 3. Subject with no previous mindfulness, yoga or any other meditation experience. (Except for long term yoga practice group)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with the known history of mental disorder(s) in the past 2 years or psychotropic medications 2. Subjects with known history of blood/injury/ injection phobia
