Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Subjects with chronic generalized periodontitis involving more than 30% of teeth with atleast 4 posterior teeth hav-ing pocket depth >=5mm. Presence of at least 20 natural teeth
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Any systemic disease or condition that affect oral tissues Acute gingival or periodontal disease. Patients who require regeneration procedures. Patients on oral/systemic NSAIDs therapy for last 3 months Known allergies to the study medication. Patients with history of peptic ulceration. Pregnant women/lactating mother. Patients who smoke or chew any form of tobacco.
