Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients with controlled hypertension of grade II not taking more than two anti hypertensive drugs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with cardiac disease(Ejection fraction of less than 45%), Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, Impaired kidney,Liver,Endocrinal or neurological function and anticipated difficult airway 2.Morbid obesity,pregnancy along with long duration surgeries( >4 hours with major fluid shift) 3.Allergic reactions to any of the study drugs
