Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age is more than 18 years Patients who are willing to give informed consent. Patients of major depressive disorder taking antidepressants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who will not be ready to give informed consent. Patients of major depressive disorder with co-morbid psychiatric disorders. Patients having substance abuse except tobacco. Known patient of bipolar spectrum disorder, having known history of mania and hypo-mania.
