Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients having unresectable soft tissue neoplasms of head and neck with localized pain recalcitrant to conventional pain therapies, and will be poor candidates of surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: children Pregant women Those who have uncorrectable coagulopathies or injection sites will not be suitable due to presence of skin infection or lymph node enlargement.
