Intervention1: Telephonically reinforced Home Exercise Program.: In experimental group the exercise program will be reinforced by 12 telephonic communication sessions once in 15 days till 6 months. C

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Unilateral primary TKR after removal of suture 2.Both genders 3.45-75 years 4.Access to telephone

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with Bilateral and complex primary TKR 2.Knee flexion less than 80 degree at the time of discharge 3.Post-operative complications like- infections, peri-prosthetic fracture and deep vein thrombosis, 4.Poor pre-operative mobility history 5.Cognitive or collaboration problem
