Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pre-operative Intraocular Pressure less than 18mmHg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Known cases of Primary and secondary Glaucoma/ Ocular hypertension except the Primary Open Angle Glaucoma groups. The Primary Open Angle Glaucoma groups should not have any other associated glaucomas. b) Known Asthmatics on treatment with any form of steroids. c) History of any recent intra-ocular intervention within 6 months from recruitment. d) Traumatic cataract, Mature and hyper mature cataract. e) Any Intra operative complications. (Like Posterior Capsular Rent, Zonular Dialysis etc.) f) Immediate post-operative complications requiring intervention. g) Any case of Uveitis. h) Taking any form of steroids for the last six months
